ELANFAN should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Ride height and spring rates

Ride height and spring rates
I have a Lotus Elan and havejust increased the spring rates all round. Problem is the ride height at the front is too high. I cannot reduce it even with adjustabl espring perches. Should I have fitted shorter springs? The rear is fine.

Spring length makes absolutely no difference to rate, except for how that rate changes as the last coils go to solid.

Just go buy a shorter spring!
