Mercedes, for their insistence on the tyre change at the end and getting Bottas to where they said he'd be.

Mercedes. Made the correct call that won Lewis the race.

Bit of a head-scratcher, but I think it has to be Mercedes. 1st and 5th is not bad at all, but the strategy call for Lewis is the deciding factor.
On the other side of the coin, it could have been McLaren but their strategy call was as bad as Merc's was good. |

Has to be Mercedes - the strategists / weather people won them the race.

Well, as much as I want to praise McLaren for all the work that put Lando on pole, the strategic blunders was an embarrassment. I think Ferrari did a good job though, even though Leclerc loosing it in the end, Saintz was solid and the teams did not make any serious foot meets bullet errors.
But the champs showed why they are the champs. Like the rest of you, I vote for Mercedes. |

Mercedes - the call for Hamilton to pit clinched it. Up until then I'd agree with Chillibowl - none of the teams really stood out, most were either 'meh' or had a car out of position due to grid penalties.

I thought the team that helped get their championship contender from last to P2 did alright. Mercedes did well for the right call on tyres and the win. Gave it to RBR in the end.
McLaren had a bit of a shocker. Botched pit stop for Riccardo meant he missed a probable podium and not insisting Norris come in for inters which would have guaranteed P2 at a minimum and more likely a win was poor. |

McLaren dropped the ball here by pitting Ricciardo on Lap 49, but then asking Norris what he thinks.
