Motorsport Accidents!
Thought I'd start a new topic off-using pictures that DO NOT show drivers getting hurt but may look dramatic...heres a couple from this weekend gone.

And me in the background about to scream on the radio but someone was already doing it - I won't forget that one for a long while!

Good picture of the Rover at Paddock Baz - it doesn't look like you were a long way away

falcemob - in that last image of the Jag you can clearly see a marshal already holding the red flag in anticipation of a "race stop" (we always request a "race stop" on the radio - only Race Control can issue a "red flag all posts" over the airwaves), even though the car hadn't yet stopped. Training, years of training and experience.....
No - the marshal was not me. |

Ahh yes Gnomex-but as you know he is half a lap around the circuit and was just getting ready thats all! Falcemob-nice sequence but we do like no more than 2 pictures from the same meeting as it uses up a fair bit of space on the forum-thanks for next time!!...and yes Autosport did use my shots of the crash in their "Pictures of the year" issue! Bacon...I was next to post 4a when that rolled at Paddock!!!

I caught this one of Carl Breeze at Oulton Park not so long ago, I was still zoomed in on the track action as I saw him spinning off in the corner of my eye and zoomed out as quickly as possible to catch the car, unfortunately I couldnt wait any longer before the car would have came to a stop so I took the pic and this is how it ended up, still pretty decent I thought.

Brands paddock hill again. I've never seen a car bounce so many times. Driver walked away though.
