Homestead Miami Speedway Banking
I was watching the Indianapolis 500 yesterday, and I saw a commercial for Homestead Miami Speedway's new look. It really doesnt suprise me that ISC (owner of Daytona, Talledega, Chicagoland, Michigan, Homestead,& etc.) turned a good race track into a NASCAR only track. 20 degrees of banking instead of 6? This will obviously affect other racing series that run there too. I guess that after NASCAR whines & cries about running somewhere challenging, they seem to get their way. Tony Stewart didnt complain, he just whipped everybody 2 years in a row.

Actually it's a variable 18-20 degree banking system,I think this will only enhance the racing at this former flat track,I've never been a fan of the flat tracks,JMO! |
