F1 magazines
Hello all,
I am trying to put together a list of all the F1 and motorsport magazines available to the public. So i would be gratefull if you could post what you read, what you have seen in the shops, and maybe what you have heard off. I am only concerned with english speaking motorsport magazines/papers. I look forward to your replys, thanks! |

I'll move this to Armchair, I'll leave a redirect in F1 as it is primarily to do with F1

Try a magazine distributor's webpage. Over in North America we have EWACars (http://www.ewacars.com) and they have a good list of many car-related magazines.

Ok,
There's Autosport, F1 Racing, Motorsport News, Motor Sport, Racer (US 'version' of Autosport, but more like F1 Racing - make sense?) (all owned by Haymarket). There's also F1 Magazine (owned by Bernie) and Eurobusiness (ditto, but more business but with an F1 slant mostly). Most F1 teams have their own 'publications' McLaren have Racing Line, I picked up a copy of the BAR one recently. BOth are published by Haymarket again. There's a Toyota one - which I have seen in English I think came free with F1 Racing one month, but I also picked one up at the SPanish GP in Spanish. Jordan have one which is distributed to members of their fan club ('J'), and Jaguar used to have Jagaur Racing magazine, which was then turned into a Jaguar magazine generally and was, probably still is, published by, you guessed it, haymarket! There is also 'Stars and Cars; which covers Mercedes Benz in motor sport, was originally a Haymarket title but passed over to some German company a few years back, published in English and German at least. I subscribed to that, but I haven't heard anythign this year either a mag or please send us your money, so I'm not sure what's happening?! Also, tech magazines such as Racecar Engineering and Race Tech are available in teh UK. I have seen all of the above at some point, and as a result, at least read one line! |
