Tape-Delay in Canada
Just browsing through the TV listings for this afternoon, and CBS is broadcasting football in my area. It appears that the Miami race will be shown on TSN from 4-6 PM. Only two hours, so there won't be much pre- or post-race.
Just thought I'd warn any fellow Canucks who planned on setting up their VCR's. |

You're right....damn! Of all sports, football!
I'm going to check the usual channels (RDS, TSN, CBS)anyway, I've been surprised in the past, so never know. RDS is the one that just might have a last minute change (they have in the past). |

Just to let you know it's the same way in the US(Tampa) today as well. We have the Miami Dolphins game on CBS until 4:30!
Football and NASCAR are kings of TV time. it's no surprise with all the CART "buy time" this year on CBS this will be the first race I'll see on CBS, usually they are moved over to a local sister station in favor of telethons, baseball, football, you name it. But for those fans of the ESPN they are showing the a very exciting rope jumping championship. |

worst tape delay race I've ever seen from CART. I hope they abandon CBS next year.
