Oak-Pescarolo becomes Morgans!
All future Oak-Pescarolo cars will be Morgans.
That was a surprise for me . http://www.racecar-engineering.com/n...mans-with-lmp/ More at: Endurance-Info I wonder if the 2014 car will be a three-wheeler |

Three wheels could be ideal creative solution for 2014 - is it explicitly banned in the regs? Given heritage of chassis etc will we have to refer to them as a Moroarolo or a Pescogan? |

I wonder if there is any scope to get a British driver in one of these given the relationship? Or at least a colour change.

Don't bring the Deltawing in here and ruin another thread .
But it is an interesting revival of the small british brands in these years. First we see Lotus, then Caterham and now Morgan.... Will we see the TVR phoenix rise once again? Mods: Could this be a thread appropriate for all future "Oak-Pescarolo-Morgan" rumors and talk? Last edited by Aysedasi; 4 Mar 2012 at 08:49. Reason: edited for yet another tiresome anti-DW reference |

Does this make sense? Teaming up with Lotus I understand but Morgan and Caterham?

Pretty hard to tell how it sounds since the audio is extremely distorted.

Yeah, really. It just sounds like noise, not the real thing. Poor quality audio recording must be the reason.

I was thinking it was quite a good video until the car went out on the track and then we just get annoying distorted snippets. There must be a reason for that.......

the engine has that sound because run to over 9000rpm... just that, but isn't a good sound after all, just loud.

oak uses judd-hk engine, the nissan VK45 is easy to recognize because has an "american" sound

The only distinction between this and the Judd HK in terms of sound is revs, the Nissan sounds like it's lower-revving. |

an on-board car isn't the best way to judge the sound of an engine, btw i've seen too much videos of sgt races of last years and the sound of VK45 (and his big brother that powered the gt-r gt1) resembles a lot the sound of an american low revlimit sound
