Amazing43 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
1967 British GP

I am currently trying to build models of all the cars that competed in the 1967 British GP at Silverstone. It was the last GP I attended and also the last British GP of the late great Jimmy Clark. (Building models of all his cars is another project) My memory is a bit faded now!

I am in particular after details on;
No20 Bernard White entered BRM V8 driven by David Hobbs. Was this BRM green My memoey seems to recall a white stripe

No15 Chris Irwin BRM This was BRM green but what colour was the nose band?

19 Bob Anderson Brabham, What colour

!8 Ligier Brabham Repco Was his first race in the car, was it still Green or I seem to remember it later as Blue with a gold stripe?

22 Silvio Moser Cooper ATS i have one front on picture of it which shows it as white with a red stripe but nothing showing side or rear views.

Does anyone know of a photosite showing F1 cars of that era or does anyone better still have pictures from that race.

I think Bob Anderson's car was blue with a white stripe.

If you find the GPL section of the Racesimcentral forum, there may be alot of information there. If you don't know, Grand Prix Legends is a computer game set in the 1967 F1 season and it has a large fanbase. If you want to know about the '67 season thats a good place to ask.

Best of luck with the models, especially the Jim Clark ones. Jim Clark was the best.

BRM

Thanks for the links, my main problems now are the two BRM of Hobbs and Irwin in particular Hobbs
I wondered if there may be any pictures in any of the BRM books particularly as it was Hobbs first GP

Here are a few sites to try, sorry not in any order and some might be more motorsport in general. Also have a look at the "Guess the GP" thread under F1, I am sure there were some 67 B GP in there. Also Send Alan Raine a PM (he is a legend when it comes to photos of F1 past)

For the Silvio Moser Cooper-ATS, look at the video 'Nine Days in Summer' - you can see a rear view of the start, and the exhausts are bright yellow.

They don't help with what you're looking for, but they might help with the others.
