Letters can be succesful
Last week after the terrible coverage on the BBC, I wrote to Autosport magazine. And they've published it!!! This is my letter here and there's another one in my next post.
PS This was my third time lucky for getting a letter published, and Autosport have edited it quite a bit lets say. |

And here is the other from David Rose, he's a member of the other forums, and he had more reason to be upset than me.

I must say that the BBC show very little of any type of motor racing these days. Since losing the TV rights to F1 the desire to televise any form of Motor Sport is sadly lacking.
When you think of the size of the industry in the UK and the number of people it employs, the income the government derives from the spot. Then I find it deplorable that the 'state' TV company don't cover motorsport. |

All of this is so unfair to the fans... Maybe try demonstrating outside of the BBC headquarters!
No seriously, If I was Mr. Rose's son, I would be so angry with the BBC. I didn't know that Steve Rider is still around. After his final BTCC review commentary in 1996, I was wondering what happened to him. |

Well done mate! Maybe AUTOSPORT feel strongly about the issue publishing two letters about it. Also, i really do hope the BCC take note, and Westie does somethign about it!

If you read Richard West's comments on tocatour, he said he was just as upset and disappointed about it as us and said he would be lobbying the BBC with our views and opinions.

Good. About time we had a 'stand-alone' programme on at a sensible time.
