This race was a tad more predictable than the last one - lots of people went for a Button win, and quite a few predicted good results for Vettel and Trulli as well. Our winner for the week, with 11 points, is Knowlesy.

2nd yes! I WILL win this competition. Told! However, Barcelona could be even more difficult to predict than Melbourne! Who will improve the most? Will Ferrari and BMW surge forward having hung back to have a more focussed development than the McLarens and their mini-update efforts? I think Barcelona will still be between Button and Vettel...

How am I behind Mallet and Knowlesy? The competition must be fixed. RG is out to get me due to her poor performance in the Fantasy F1. Does anyone have a table so we can verify the results.

THE GROUP FORUM PREDICTION RESULT!!!

You know how they say the predictions of the masses can often be surprisingly close to the reality (I don't really know who they are but meh). Well faced with an hour of boredom I decided to see how we did in predicting the Bahrain top 8, as a group! Thought it might be interesting. There were 50 entries and after averaging everyones predictions this is the "Forum Bahrain GP Top 8 Predictions!"

1. Button
2. Barrichello
3. Vettel
4. Webber
5. Glock
6. Trulli
7. Hamilton
8. Alonso

Well, they're not bad - we predicted the right drivers except for Webber instead of Raikkonen, and we got the winner too. Looks like we underestimated Trulli and Hamilton though, and overestimated the prowess of Barrichello. I also tend to find this sort of "what does everyone else think" useful in making my own predictions... and I am 2nd at the mo...

Well there you go. Time for croissant!
