Hey, the Pumpkin was Grant and I don't believe it was ME that set fire to the post now was it....!
Thanks for that - hopefully see you there (assuming Peter wants us of course!) |

Unfortunately I shan't be able to marshal with you again at the FFF this year, as one of my friends has very inconsiderately decided to get married that weekend. I think I had enough excitement with the pumpkin and fire last year to see me through till next year though
I'll be at the Caterham Festival though if you're over for that? Phill |

LOL - I would love to pip, but it looks like the FF will be our only mainland UK trip this year - El Magnet's rescue duties keep him pretty much tied up for most of the year

LOL - well we're bringing our pet newb with us this year so we'll see if we can get him to do something entertaining! Oh and it's Grant's birthday on the Saturday so you all have to be nice to him!

must be your age Stephen,
newb {also noob, newby} (n) colloq, commonly used on computer message boards to denote a new member, also used generally by geeks & technonerds (see separate entries) to indicate that one of the group is new to a specified activity. :-p |

I'll be there with only one other Dutchman (again ) My friend Rob, with over 30 years of marshalling experience, is still a novice at Brands. |

I heard a rumour this weekend at Zandvoort (DTM, Dumbreck, ouch!) that the Festival is going to be cancelled. Couldn't believe it, but a member of the Geva racing team told me they were not going because of this??????

I think there is a clash between Benelux FF races and the Festival this year, which is unfortunate. The Zetec element of the Festival will be very thinly supported but the Kent (FF1600) races should make up for that, and then some.
