Team Spirit - Good News / Bad News
We need some help on a college project so any wise input would be much appreciated.
We are investigating what makes the mechanics and pit crew happy? Better grid position than the previous race? Making up six places during a race? A perfect pit stop? And what ruins their day? A start line stall? A pointless spin? Car running over the lollipop-man's foot? Think of it in terms of "Snakes and Ladders". What brings them down and what boosts them up? Many thanks for any input. |

What you need to do is ask some Ferrari or Mclaren mechanics, and then ask some Honda or RedBull mechanics.I'm sure you'll get all the answers you need.

UP: Driver who tries hard no matter what.
Driver who appreciates his crew and shows it. Manager who appreciates the staff and shows it. DOWN: The reverse of above. |
