Britcar 24 Hr 2008

Having been look at various threads decide to try and bring the 24hr details back to a central thread. I have ask Claire or James for any information regards to the free overalls.As soon as I get a reply I will post it on this thread for you to see.
Event timetable is avalible from the website www.britcar24hr.co.uk and follow the 24hr link.Or get the timtable from the event/forms link silverstone 24hr.A provisional entry list is also available with an updated list around the 15th aug.

Maybe a mod can merge this thread and the original one can be merged then we have one thats called Britcar 24hr with all of the stuff from the past year


I picked up some information from e-mailing James tucker about the overalls and that is in the other Britcar thread

according to the website they have 65 confirmed entries paid in. waiting on 21 confirmed deposits. looks like 86 to qualify.

Really looking forward to this now.

Just need to dig the tent out from the back of the garage and make sure it is still vaguely tent shapped, it must be the best part of ten years sinse I last did any camping.

I wouldn't have thought that blue flags and fire extinguishers will be needed for the bicycle race, but you never know! Any idea what their safety car vehicle will be?

Hi all regarding 24 hr free overalls please can anyone wishing to get a free set of probans let david hornsey at david.hornsey@britcar24hr.co.uk know by aug 20th. You can either send your mesurements or size like small med large.If you have not already let the club know. If you have gone through Pam for es duties you will need to contact David to claim your overalls.
They will all be off the peg size AWS probans.
