Hi Dan - what do you need to know? I've been chief or dep/chief Paddock/Assembly at Oulton Park for the last 8 years, having moved up north after doing same at Brands for some time. We have a great team in the paddock at Oulton, from 13 year-olds upwards, and always welcome marshals of all ages from other circuits and from other specialities - come and join us for a day! I'm sure other paddock marshals at other circuits will also give you any advice you need , or send me a PM if you've specific questions...
