What do you mean 'no Lambos' ? It's round 5 of the Lamborghini GTR Supertrophy.

Woody, depends on the schedule but probably Sat and Sun for me.

Typical, woodyracing comes all the way to Donny and doesn't bother to watch the clio V6 race...
(It's on Saturday afternoon I expect).

I hope to be there... looking a bit tough at the moment.

I'll be there all three days, staying in B&B 'cause I've got some holiday money left.

Hope Les is right about no Lambos. It was once a great series, but at Sillystone it was a drag. About 8 hours of track time for 12 cars (5 by the end) and you couldn't tell the difference between racing and qualifying, except a couple of them were trying in qualifying!

Personally, I don't think enduros make the best spectator spectacle. I know the cars in the races are pretty special, but the hardly-audiable commentary (especially with those types of cars) means it's almost impossible to understand what's going on. The races seem to be more of an 'occasion', irrespective of the competitiveness of the championship.

Hi
Point of interest for those coming to Donington, one Phil Bennett will be driving my Clio V6!
Also looks like we might get our young star Daniel Hart out for his second race in the Formula Zips (Sunday?) too.
See y'all there!
cheers
Paul

I too will be there in the Clio V6.
But since Mr Lomax (above) has apparently banned me from the Mark Fish team (not just for the race weekend, but also for pre race testing as well!??!) I will be running with Jerome Policand's team (red and silver cars but mine will be the odd one out in Blue and White).
Although it's a different awning, you will all still be welcome (as ever). Come and say hello!

Thank goodness Clios are out on the Saturday. I can sit there and watch them to my hearts content but I shall be bored out of my mind with GT's.
So I have decided that I shall leave hubby at Donington and bum down to Silverstone on Sunday for a little enduro.

I've just read the calendar at Donington's website, and I wonder if the organiser's have been reading this forum. Ok, there's no hint of a lunch break, but the finishing times would be acceptable at Mallory Park - hooray. Some serious drinking time is available, excepting the flaggies who are going to be swotting up on their howmework - "Safety Vehicle regulations and flag signals". See you all in the pub!
