John Crossle
Some very sad news today that legendary racing car constructor John Crossle passed away last night.
RIP to one of Ireland's finest. |

John was a real gentleman. His cars were built to win but also to be useable by clubmen as well as by stars. One of my favourite memories is of sitting belted and helmeted in my 40F at Mondello, with the car being repaired for the last race of the day by a posse of spannermen led by John Crosslé himself. RIP John, it was a privilege to have known you.

Very sad news indeed. I have many fond memories of our Formula E visits to race at Kirkistown, always a memorable weekend and always a warm welcome from all...especially the Crossle family who entertained us at the factory on the Sunday... RIP John.
