PS2 sportscar games
Ok guys you will have to bear with me here, i am a big F1 fan so i have all the usual games for the PS2 but i am also a big Cochet fan so i am looking to get some sportscar games now, i have just purchased the lemans 24hr game off e-bay, not arrived yet but itching to play it, can you recommend any PS2 games for me, new PC is on the way soon so i assume GTR is the one to get on that, thanks for the help.

Forza Motorsport, oh, wait...you 've got a playstation.
 You might like Total Immersion Racing. I think PS2 has that. (edit: just checked - it does, and PC)

Total Immersion Racing is a fun, if quite aracdey little game. I got it for £8 second hand and its's provided some fun. If you want arcade racing go for this, however if you're looking for a sim with sportscars then GT4 is the one IMO (good selction of LMPs and Group Cs).

Toca Race driver is a pretty good one to get as well.Both the first one and the second,the first is called Pro Race Driver I believe.

Nope, that's in the US.
In the UK they're called TOCA Race Driver 1 & 2, in mainland Europe DTM Race Driver 1 & 2, and so on... |

Possibly true, but cds_uk is asking specifically for a sports car game. It may seem like asking the obvious cds, but noting Chris Gray's reference to it, have you checked out the GT4 threads?
