I'm curious to see how this season will shake out. Seems like a good field.

I thought the opening races at Brands were quite entertaining, we may be in for a pretty good season you know.

Incidentally, what is Billy McConnell doing riding a triumph in supersport and outside the points too at Brands?

Hopper bags a win and a second today. Looks like Race 2 was a close contest.

That may be, I don't know the man nor do I have any insights into what the paddock thinks of his talents but I do seem to recall (perhaps it may my warped perception) that some loud noises were being made about him some years ago about his potential. I seem to recall him riding Virgin mobile R1s.

He came over to the UK, won the R6 cup after winning loads of races then didnt have a great year on the R1 after.

Has raced for a few teams now in Superbike with little success and is now a reasonably quick Supersport rider, went better at Oulton today

Little interest in the BSB this year on this forum it seems, Hopper is doing rather well for himself and the racing has been decent too I feel.

got some news about the postponed support races the Superstock 600 race will now take place at Donington and the Supersport race 2 from Outlon Park will be on Brands Hatch GP the 2nd visit on Saturday moving the sprit race to sunday and I wonder how Eurosport will do this for the Sunday race at Cadwell Park (grid stays the same from those races that got rained off) and just a sight reminder it is a 3 by 3 grid for Cadwell

Random quick-fire questions.

Just been catching up on the truncated Oulton round. Where has Scott Smart been all these years? Glad to see him doing so well in the Evo class. His career did disappear off the radar (mine at least) after the Hawk Kawasaki years.

Speaking of 'where have they been', where has Karl Harris been hiding these past seasons?

time for the 1st of three triple headers as it is Brand Hatch GP time and there is a wild card in play in replace of Sykes will be Broc Parkes. hopefully there will be no weather issues this time around and all the races get to a checked flag!
