Spa-Franchorchamps, were the boys get separated from the men.
Can Schumacher regain the championship lead from Mika. How will Coulthard do on his favourite circuit and will Villeneuve take Eau Rouge full throttle again? 1. David Coulthard 2. Michael Schumacher 3. Rubens Barrichello 4. Mika Hakkinen 5. Pedro de la Rosa 6. Jarno Trulli |

Unless there is the Mother of all Rainstorms, it is not even worth predicting, unless you care which McLaren will be first.

Rain.
1 - Frentzen 2 - Hakkinen 3 - de la Rosa 4 - R Schumacher 5 - Barrichello 6 - Button DC and MS take each other off in a muscle-flexing competition at the start, also taking Fisi ,Alesi and JV. Fisi, despite himself, attempts to strangle MS - Jean steps in to break them up, only to carry on where Fisi left off. DC and JV just stand there saying "We told you Jean, but you wouldn't listen would you...." |

de la Rosa 3rd in the rain angst??, did'nt you see him strugling with his car in canada??, before he was pushed of by Diniz he made some mistakes himself(3 or 4) causing him to go of track, put Verstappen there and You just might be right.

1 David Coulthard - continueing this seasons trend in that just as you think someone is falling off the pace, they go and win the next race
2 Michael Schumacher 3 Mika Hakkinen 4 Ruben Barrichello 5 Pedro 'Of The Pink' - Spa should suit the Arrows 6 Jenson Button - One of the few circuits on the calender he's raced on before |

What theres a race this weekend?
OK.. Dry: North Americans will wish they had not gotten up as there is no passing for position after the first turn. It will end up something like this: 1. Coulthard (fast car, Hakkinen crashes as usual at Spa) 2. M. Schumacher (not as fast as the Mac) 3. Barichello (probably) 4. Villeneuve (Honda engine gives fast straight line speed) 5. R. Schumacher 6. Fissichella Rain: A great race with lots of twists and turns 1. M. Schumacher 2. R. Barichello (The other rainmaster) 3. D. Coulthard 4. G. Fissichella 5. R. SChumacher 6. J. Alesi I am hoping for rain |

Ahum ...
Dry or full wet: Pole Hakkinen 1. Hakkinen 2. Coulthard (passing is possible now) 3. Schumacher 4. Barrichello 5. Fisichella 6. Villeneuve Boring or what? pffff .... Changing conditions: Pole Barrichello 1. Schumacher 2. Fisichella 3. Barrichello (xtra stop costs him second) 4. Trulli 5. Zonta 6. Verstappen 'What's that Zonta fella doing over there?' Well, showing what he's made of ... pure gold. |

Surprisingly many have picked DC, and that follows my own hunch-it was Ed-F1 who put it best"Just when someones falling off the pace..."
1) DC, Wet or Dry 2) That Cocky German Fellow 3) His little brother 4) Frentzen (A Jordan finally holds together) 5) Barrichello (Another lacklustre outing) 6) Salo |

Here's my prediction:
1.) David Coulthard 2.) Jacques Villeneuve 3.) Rubens Barrichello 4.) Ralf Schumacher 5.) Giancarlo Fisichella 6.) Jenson Button Schumacher retires due to mechanical problems, Hakkinen is out for whatever reason. Villeneuve, with the powerful Honda engine and still remembering those old crashes, pulls out a spectacular performance. And the rest fall into place. |

Jay, Eero, Bondibill, and several others who left Mika out of he top 6, what are you predicting for Mika? This guy won it last year, and unless you are predicting gear failure or a spin out, he will be on the podium for sure, maybe the top step (my prediction). But I think Ralf will go flat strap through Eau Rouge, and he will surprise.

Hah, surely not! DC won it last year, Hakkinen gave up after the first corner (he gave up later on in Nurburgring, being lapping slower and being overtaken by a Minardi).
