Mika salo has signed for toyota, who´s going to enter f1 in 2002. But salo is going to be absent next year, so he leaves an empty seat at sauber, which brings the possibilty of ricardo zonta driving for the swiss team next year. But is this the right choice for them?, is zonta the skilled driver theyhave been looking for?.

Zonta and Verstappen are the most likely candidates for the Sauber seat. And there is no need to worry about their skill.
I still think Verstappen is going there even though the newspaper rumored a move to McLaren (they didn't say in the headline that it was just for testing so I was dancing a 7 a.m. dammit) I can't believe Zonta won't be around next year though so I wonder where he'll end up. Would be nice to see him with Gene. |
