Maple City Racing has entered into a strategic partnership with WreXXX Racing Team, one that will see both teams reap equal benefits during the season. And so far, so good! Our 1-2-3 finish in Laguna, followed by our respectable 2-4 finish in Portland, has catapulted us into the championship lead!

Team Champcar Hollandia had another dissapointing race result. Only Junqueira managed to score points. Alltough, the team was happy with the pace from RHR. "Ryan has proved this race, that he can be a frontrunner one day. He needs time. He's a young, talentfull American, with a lot of pressure on his shoulders. Sebastian was unlucky all weekend. Junqueira drove a steady race. Hopefully, we will do better next race."

Karma racing and dissapointed in their efforts , second last in the championship is unacceptable even though they showed reasonable pace at Portland , the results are just not coming.
we are negotiationg to use the Ferrari V10 engine for the rest of the year |

TEAM SNOUT PRESS RELEASE
"We cheated to try and get Ryan a better time however that CART Tech team isn't as stupid as they look. So failing that it seems we'll have to do it the old fashioned way and pay CART timing a bit of $$$$ to drop a few tenths off Ryan's official time. Christ knows he isn't going to drop the times himself. We're happy with PT and Bruno. We're trying to stop Bruno sucking a lemon after a race but unsuccessful thus far, we'll double out efforts in future." |

From CCP Racing:
Did we say "leap up in the standings" after Laguna? We meant creep up in the standings........ What a tough day for us. |

Mrs. Fields Pies Crayola TGIF Press Release
The team are overjoyed with Mr. Junqueira for not whining, although we suspect that has a lot to do with M. Bourdais' DNF, and for moving up the grid and staying with the leaders. The team are ordering new gearboxes for Mr. Monteiro and trying to find out if he is shifting without using the clutch or what exactly keeps going wrong with his cars. Otherwise we remain firmly in his corner. The team are going to make M. Bourdais race in a pink frock and Dame Edna glasses unless he gets his act together. At least then he'd be a bit of comic relief. Lord knows he's fast but his racecraft appears to have been learned from a very old video game. The taem are putting OnStar into their cars for the Cleveland race and making everyone eat lots of carrots. Pedro "El Guapo" Morales Team Morale Officer and Fashion Consultant We ate all the pies! |
