Several weeks ago there was a street car meeting in Shepparton in victoria, Australia.
sadly a young man by the name of Jess Douglas lost his life in a freak accident when he fell from a truck and was run over by the wheels killing him instantly. I had heard about this accident but didnt know who or what happened until today when i read a karting magazine. Jess won the 1999 Melbourne star series as well as the Victorian country series in the clubman heavy class and this year in 2000 he went on to win the Victorian state titles held in Oakleigh earlier this year. jess obviously had a big future ahead of him but sadly this has been cut short due to this tragic accident. RIP Jess. |

How dreadful. They actually showed his death on TV. He was underneath the truch holding on, when he fell off and was crushed. Awful.
Who knows? He could have been the next Schumacher? |
