Radical SR9 LMP2
Hello,
So far I have this on my records: SR9-001: 2006 Rollcentre Racing SR9-002: 2006-2008 Bruichladdich SR9-004: 2006-2008 Van der Steur Racing SR9-005: 2007 Embassy Racing Any comments/corrections/ads? I can't find anything on chassis 003. What happened with that chassis? Only five cars were built? Thank you Regards Luis |

Sorry to say, but there is a major fault in your list. The Embassy-Radical is neither #5, it’s the original Rollcentre chassis.
You have also to add the ECO SR10´s as they are using the same line of chassis numbers. |

003 is the current Bruichladdich chassis - 002 was damaged and withdrawn after the nurburgring race in 2006 - the damage occuring before that at pembrey but not discivered until running at the ring made it much worse... i guess that means the diesel is chassis 006, i dont know, no longer involved. peter |

Might also be that the Embassy car was renumbered also, but for this I have to check with my files out of 2007 again. |

But the story with chassis 002 and 003 is quite interesting. In all my files out of 2007 and 2008, from my own research and contributed by notable other sources, the Bruichladdich car is listed as 002. This is what led me to the assumption that the chassis 003 has been renumbered, it seams somehow strange that four or so different individuals continuously spot the wrong chassis number….. As for the Embassy car, I have listed 001 for Monza and 005 from Valencia onwards, but according to your valuable information I think to Monza number is wrong. |

likewise i was designing the wf01 for embassy at the same time as they took delivery of 005. And thats the only car they had. and you will find time and again that people copy what they read and perpetuate incorrect information - that is what you have had. not a lot more i can do to help really, is there? peter |
