The state of touring cars
I'm not having a go at the normal standard of moderating, which is usually excellent. But, has any moderator looked at the British and European Touring Car forum today?
It's a mess. One new member has posted illegible and sometimes rude posts in a lot of threads, made personal threads to other members instead of PMs and promoting his site in a thread as well. |

I just think that its the fact that none of the moderators off that forum or super moderators are online ATM.
so basiclly, no one can do anything about it just yet... |

I think it's just a rogue user who, because he's logged in through an affiliate site, believes it to be possibly only a small forum, or has us confused with a chatroom. Carrie and Redshoes are probably at work at the moment, but I'm sure they'll deal with it when they get back.

Maisie - is there nothing you can do about it? I know like each mod has their own area, but it's sad that this person is able to just carry on ruining the forum until the mod's of that forum get back online.

I've done my best with the worst of the mess, folks.
I don't seem able to do anything about the sig, but at least the offensive post and the cuts and pastes of other peoples' posts are gone. Anyone spot anything else before Carrie and Redshoes get online, please PM me - I can cut and edit quite a lot if necessary. This seems to be someone who doesn't understand that the messages are permanent and for all to see.... |

Cheers.
Just thought I'd bring it to the attention of the staff. |

Sorry guys, been too busy at work today to get near the forums. URL in the sig removed. I think Tim managed to pick up most of the rubbish, if we've missed anything PM me or click on the 'Warn Moderator' icon.

Cheers to you guys. In a way I find it funny, but then I realise that it isn't at all.

I'm only just catching up with what's new on the forums at the moment, but thanks to Tim for sorting things out.
