Was wondering how you guys are going about this ?
Being a South Mids member,I'm sure I ticked the relevant boxes on the list that appeared in the newsletter last year,think I did it twice through the season
Nothing's appeared this year and was wondering if it can be done on-line,or should I generate my own list and send it on ?,(still compiling some dates)
The S.Mids region only has Rockingham on its site btw and there's nothing anywhere either for Combe or Thruxton if I've looked correctly

As you are a Sth Mids member, send your list of dates to David Brittan, stating ''ins only'', then you're covered. As for other circuits, you should have received a FULL list of ALL meetings at EVERY circuit through-out the country with your newsletter in Feb/March. If you need one/another one let me know and I'll get one to you ASAP.

I usually email David the meetings I volunteered for.

Similar - at the start of the season when I know what dates I am volunteering for, I make a list and email it to David. "Simple" as Alexandr Orlov would say
