F1 withdrawal
Is anyone else having F1 withdrawal? For me it's even worse now because MotoGP has wrapped up for year too and now my wife expects me to be productive on the weekends. Yikes!
And with the lack of actual F1 news, dusty old topics seem to be re-appearing and re-discussed with rumours dissected to the nth degree. I think we need to talk with Bernie about extending the season. |

Yep, now is the time to dust off those races I recorded. I will be doing so quite soon..... even got some of the '95 season that were televised by Speed Channel throughout this F1 season.

I'm not overly fussed because I have footy to watch instead! But if I get seriously depressed about the lack of F1, I just dig out some old races and admire the days when F1 races were more entertaining!

Missing it yes. CART was helping me cope though it is now over. I am enjoying A1GP so that is something.

I'm looking forward to GP Masters, I see Mansell has already started with the excuses..
Which forum here is the best one to discuss it? |

Not missing F1 in the slightest. If I wanted to watch cars not looking likely to overtake each other I'll just look out the window here. Sad really because I used to miss it like mad in the off season but the shine seems to have gone. Hoping to see some vague possibility of cars driving close to each other next season.
In the meantime, there's always A1. |

I can't say I miss it much nowadays, it used to be alot worse but somehow that has diminished, even with the seemingly more promising prospective seasons ahead..
I'd say I miss MotoGP alot more than F1. |

A1 has certainly helped with curing my 'fever' as it's been pretty good viewing so far. I also can't wait to see what action GP Masters throws up as well.
I suppose i always get withdrawals and i get more excited as the new season approaches only (usually) to be disappointed as pre season hype turns into a dull as dishwater affair! |

Although I miss F1 races, I still keep in touch with news, a local radio program and Forums. I am trying to follow A1 & GPMasters, but I cannot see any races on TV.

I miss it, but these are the months that I do other things that I couldn't get to during the season: home projects, boat projects, shooting, etc. Most of them are things I would normally do on weekends, so they don't get much attention from March to October.

Great. Why are you in the F1 forum if you either, A. Don't like it or B. Don't miss it. Really, do you feel the need to voice that kind of opinion here?

I was just sort of wandering around the pages and felt a need to express my opinion. I'm entitled to I think
