Don't they usually have a 6 round championship and the non-championship event at bathurst?

No it hasn't. It's been a demo round only. THis is the first year in a while where points have been up for offer.

I went looking at the link (without having read the rest of the thread) thinking there would be a stand-alone round, oh well. Does anyone know if the second motorsport event allowed at Mt Panorama will be used or not?
