Steve Darcy should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid

I regularly buy F1 New magazine in the UK and at the current date i have been waiting 2 weeks from when it should have been published. I work during the day so i have been unable to use the contact no. in the mag. Any help would be appreciated.
