Nadine,

Well done! A far better looking recipient than last year's (sorry, Paul - you know I love you) but as equally well deserved.

Nadine J Lewis should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Thank you all very much - quite a surprise to me. Being on committee we normally make these decisions jointly so I thought someone else was getting it this year!! I'm not going to trust any of them again. Many thanks again and hope to see all of you on the bank again this year. Today's fantaistic turnout of new marshals is not just down to my work but a number of people getting names and putting them in contact with me in - please make them all feel welcome (which you will do anyway!)

I'll second that, from another relative newbie that you took under your wing. You really helped me settle in and find my feet, something which you'll no doubt do for many others too.

Sorry bout the deception, it was going to run right to the wire but I had to go elsewhere today.
Congrats, easily the easiest choice of recipient!

Congratulations, Nadine. You deserve recognition for all of your hard work during the year.

Congratulations too, to Keith Kehoe and Gordon Hosker on their awards from BARC. They were both well deserved too.

I don't think there's anything else to add. Even if we ignore all your efforts at sign-on, the work in recruitment is worthy of the award on its own. I think most people enjoy the sight as the flock of Nadlings come into view part way into the morning, seeing how the group is regularly larger than it was last time we saw it!
