**Volunteering 2020**
With dates starting to appear for 2020 I have started to update my website.
Several Clubs now have their own online systems but my web site https://marshals.org.uk has again still seen a significant amount of use so I will continue in 2020, anything I can do to help marshals volunteer has to be a good thing. The first forms uploaded are HSCC, CSCC and 750MC. Thanks to Fay there is a full events list available that is being updated as often as we can. As usual, Chief Marshals please send me your dates ASAP using my home email address where possible. I am away for part of the Christmas period but I will get the site updated as soon as I can. I hope you all had a good 2019 and a particular thanks to all of you who helped at the events where I was Clerk. Best wishes for 2020. Can this replace last years thread as a Hot Topic please? I have added several forms this evening to https://www.marshals.org.uk/ :
MSVR All Circuits MGCC Time Attack MGCC and other Midlands Sprints BMMC Sprints BRSCC SE (Brands and Thruxton) Mallory Classic Hopefully I am up to date with what has been sent to me in the last couple of weeks. Weird. I'm getting to any other site without any difficulty. I've now tried using my phone. Still fails with a slightly different error message "unexpectedly closed the connection".
Traceroute goes into a stalled condition for the final hop and does not resolve. As an experiment I will try Edge - words which have never crossed my mind before! |

Low and behold it works in Edge!
My browser normally is Chrome on both Windows machine and my Android phone. So it looks a bit like a Chrome issue? What do you use? |
