Perspective should consider themselves very lucky indeed.

Any news about the performance of the Mosler ? Neugarten and Policand (especialy this last one) are quite fast on LM track too, but, indeed, no as fast as the third one ; Andy Wallace...
BTW, what do you think of this Daytona 2003 race, and who could win it ? David Legangneux (who is on the spot) says in Spirit Of pages : http://www.spiritof.com.fr/spirit%20...htm#hypothèse that a 996 GT3 RS should win it... sad for the prototypes ! Last edited by Fab; 9 Jan 2003 at 14:00. |

The pace of the Mosler was really good at the tests. And they didn't even go for a fast time. I'm sure they'll be down to the pace of the top Daytona Prototypes come qualifying. With drivers of such a high calibre, they should have as good a shot as anyone for the win.

Max Papis to Drive for JMB Racing USA Team Ferrari at Rolex 24
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (January 15, 2003) -- JMB Racing USA Team Ferrari announced today that Max Papis will drive for the team at the 41st Rolex 24 At Daytona, Feb. 1-2. Papis, who has raced competitively at Daytona since 1998, has finished on the class podium at the Rolex 24 every year except for 2001 when engine failure cut short his team's efforts. The Italian driver won his class in 2000 and captured the overall victory with Doran Lista Racing last year at the classic twice-around-the-clock event. My pick would be one of the DP teams, possibly the one with Boris Said driving the DP |
