Charlie Cox Comeback
I've been reading through the links today about the Masters race and that Charlie Cox will be commentating on it for Motors, which I think is great!!
Why not get him back full time with Motors and ITV. He was the best commentator I've heard when he worked with John Motson during his time with BBC and I think that he deserves to come back to the BTCC full time as of the start of 2005. Do you think that Charlie should come back, or should we stick with who we currently have? |

Charlie's happy doing what he's doing now - and Ben Edwards is a great commentator at ITV.
I see no reason to make the change. |

I agree that Ben has done a great job but it would be a good pairing putting Charlie with him. |

Ben's used to keeping the lions share of the mic time...I think Charlie and he sharing the same airspace might get a bit overcrowded.
Donington will be a nice try out though. |

It was quite good to have Murray and Charlie together for some of the mid 90s, so maybe it would work out for Charlie and Ben to work together?
Saying that, Harvey's not done too badly, even if I sense him smirking when mentioning Anthony Reid for some reason. |

Watson used to babble on about rubbish for 20 mins when he used to do it. He's a good studio guest. Very insightful (as proven on speed sunday) but in the heat of the moment he's not the guy to use as a co-commentator. Keep Harvey in, or is he driving in it? If so, what about Tiff Needell. Oh, I have a funny feeling he's driving too.

Waston was only mentioned for working with Charlie Cox, he wasn't been mentioned about being brought back as a co-commentator.
