Le Mans Classic photos
Apologies to those who have already seen them in the other forum but I'm pretty pleased with how some of these came out.
I took over 1100 photos with my Canon 300D over the weekend. Made a few mistakes like forgetting to set the exposure compensation back to normal again after I altered it for a shot - but mostly the camera performed great and the shots look good and sharp even at full size. Most of them were taken with the kit lens and a polariser. Hope you like them - I'll attach some more as I wade through them. |

I don't think I have one of the Spitfire I'm afraid - unless I spot it in one of the group photos. I'll keep an eye out.
Once I get a few more sorted I'll copy them up to my online album. I wasn't shooting for the press - wish I was though - I got turfed out of the pits a couple of times. |

Stefan, good stuff, look forward to seeing more when you get through them. If you had been at Lemans in June, I would have liked to say hello, but unfortunately didn't get to see much of anyone.
Was talking to TimD the other day and he was telling me how some bloke stepped on his toes by mistake at the Lemans classic--small world isn't it? enjoy the new camera and hope your family is well. David |
