tramp should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
how should i do it?

i was going to enroll with a local club and buy a rotax.during the negotiations we came to the price of $4600 for the kart and other supploes like boots etc,but i also made clear the fact of my money shortage.he offered me a apprenticiship where i get 1 hr of track time for every 5 hrs.he said that with a old kart i'll be in the pits longer.now rotax is supposed to be easier technically.i think he;s right.i dont have to pay anything and i get seat time.i'm serious about racing.he says that i'll take a long time to learn.i think i learn quickly.how accurate is his assesment.how long will i take to learn the trade.are rotax;s really so unreliable.considering i'll be working 8 hr days for 5 days how much time should i take to figure out enough to go racing myself?

thnxs guys...please help.

If this is an FR125 ROTAX MAX there extremely RELIABLE not un-reliable. It took me about 3 practice sessions/races to get up to speed after only doing rental karts. That was a year ago and now i'm leading the championship. They're probably the easiest to maintain and once you get the hang of them very good to drive. Hope that helps a bit

i will assemble chassis for a few days and then move to engines of rotax.didnt take long to learn puttin the chassis together.i'm not interested in being a mechanic.this deal wasnt set to a date.when i learn enough i'll buy my own go kart.but meanwhile if he's impressed with my progress in racing he might give me his own kart to race....
