Yes and no EBRT is a "regional club"..........Forem Lotus is one of the members. In Belgium you have to be a member of a "regional club" to get a national or international licence. I think "HJC" can give a better answer than me

EBRT has indeed nothing to do with the team itself. It's just a club who takes care of the drivers licences. Zandbak's answer is correct.
