I didn't purchase RD because it is not "on demand" - you either watch it live or not at all. And, because I often work on Sunday afternoons, I didn't think that I'd get enough use out of it.

I wonder how YokeTV can afford to sponsor a team, when it seems that they cannot even keep their website online. Where would their income come from?
(Say that three times fast!)

I'll certainly be giving RedeTV a try this afternoon!

I can't read it either...
(Where's Muzza when you need him?)

I think, that if you click on the TV icon at the top of the page, you get the live feed of their broadcast.

Thanks, macdaddy. I tried it and one time it connected, however, the picture is so tiny and the video was very choppy. When I stopped it and tried to play it again (3 or 4 times), the screen remained black and it said "Ready" at the bottom. I hope it will work for the race!

Yeah, the picture is tiny. But it's better than what TSN has planned for us!

From this times zones map it looks like the eastern part of Brazil runs one hour behind us and the western part of Brazil runs two hours behind North America EST. That means that we probably won't be able to watch the race here until 5:45 or 6:45pm ET. This is so confusing!

That being said, I would still check out RedeTV at 4, 4:30, 4:45 ET. and so on.

I have race director and they do seem to have some archived stuff , its pretty good too what we get but would be even better with broadband , I use a dial up and get 30 seconds live and then it cuts out for 10-15 seconds and then back on again , but broadband would be great with it.

No luck even getting to the yoketv site. I can get to the redetv site, but I'm not getting any video. Who said this was the era of the information superhighway?!?!? I feel like I'm stuck in Mudlick, Kentucky!

Seriously, does anyone have an update on the race?

As with the majority of sponsors in the series, I highly doubt they pay the full cost of running the car.

Yeah, but...
They're offering a free service, (which doesn't even work), so where would their $ come from?
