Dc Wdc 2001?
After not so inspiring performance by McLaren and/or DC I dare to ask you again: Do you support DC for the title?
I will count myself in the first line of his supporters for this years title. The only exception would be that Montoya start winning races in succession and if I was forced to decide whom to support I would choose Montoya. |

At this stage I'll put more $$$ on Ralf as the runner-up than DC for champion

At this stage, i can say that if DC wins the championship, i think it would very much be distasteful. Because clearly MS and Ralf are better drivers to say the least...

I agree GT_R One thing though at least if DC does win the WDC he will not be accused of cheating his way there..Unlike a certain German driver..

I really would like to see David win this one. I would also like a repeat performance in this weekend's French to his excellent drive last year. Raised finger and all.
Ralf wins a couple of GP's. In a car with more horse power. Suddenly he is a better driver than Coulthard. Please send a pound of whatever it is your smoking, for medicinal purposes of cause. |

DC has done a fine job this year, and he is now clearly faster than Hakkinen. If Ralf finishes second in the WDC, it will be because of McLaren's slide, not a lack of ability or effort on DC's part. I still hope he takes it, though the chances are looking slimmer.

I support DC but I don't think he'll win.
He just doesn't have the determination and grit that a champion like Mika or Jacques needs. Jacques showed us what champions are made out off, Jerez 97. David shows us that he can't get pass Bernoldi. Don't get me wrong, I'd love for DC to win but he won't. |

Every year DC threatens for the championship but always falls away after the half way mark. But it is not DC's fault that Newey has designed a dud car.
Thanks for welcoming me to the forum. P.S "Nice Guys always come last" |

I think DC’s ex girlfriend was the one to blame for DC’s lack of consistency. Now that he is screwing around with anything in short skirts his driving has improved a lot. Hope he does not ran out of steam.

Over rated and simply in the right place at the right time this year, an also ran who simply lacks WC credentials..unlike Montoya or R Schey. DC will never be world champion.
