It certainly sounds as though there is a lot of confusion about what actually was discussed, but so long as it was discuused I think that is good.

Because it wasn't racing - racing is where you each give the other guy enough time and room to race each other. Personally, I don't think Schuey's move was among the worse that he has made - Silverstone '03 springs to mind - but I'm glad people are beginning to discuss it. If what is and is not permissable had been sorted out when Senna and then Schuey decreased the ethical boundaries, we wouldn't have seen so many poor moves in F1 (and other formulae) over the last few years.

Actually, nine times out of ten, yes they do. It's called sportsmanship - a player may get hurt in a tackle but that isn't (usually) the intention, in the same way that there may be contact in a race and that isn't (usually) the intention.

I happen to think it's very encouraging that th drivers have chance to discuss incidents together. Don't know if it's an agenda item, but it couldn't hurt to discuss each one to see whether there's anything they could do to improve things. From the later descriptions of this meeting, it all seems perfectly grown up and reasonable.

Does anyone know when the "Should Fisichella apologize to Webber?" meeting is scheduled?

I'm glad Mark Weeber is aware of his own intellectual shortcomings.
So refreshing to hear an honest self appraisal from an F1 driver these days.
