There was a biography by Sabine Kehm a couple of years back that was heavily publicised. Awful. A mish mash of poor, biased drivel and topless pictures of Michael. Disgusting stuff, it really was.
As for an autobiography, haven't heard about it myself...... |

I recently read a decent one by Timothy Collins from 1995.

What would he call it? "Je Ne Regrette Rien"?
I'm sure it would be a load of old cobblers. Literally. |

It wasn't as bad as that issue of F1 Magazine though, the second issue I think? Michael, hair slicked, topless, canoodling with his wife over roughly six nightmarish pages of purgatory. That truly was a magazine that appealed to the masses. Sad to say, I never bought it myself......too embarrassing. One can only wonder what the F1 fraternity thought of them. |

I'm glad to see that others were disturbed by Sabine Kelm's book. Perhaps we need to start a support group.

None have really been any good. There was one from the Benetton years that was OK, but nothing special. "Michael Schumacher: The Greatest Of All?" by Chris Hilton is particularly infuriating. |

And I wont add any more to my collection as I have read from his early days to his success at Ferrari.

James Allen's biography of Schumacher which came out at the end of 1998 is particularly odious.

That was "Driven To Extremes" or something....
That's buried in the loft somewhere. OT, but I see Valentino Rossi is releasing an autobiography.....always nice to see a book from a guy with a bit of character, should be good fun. |

That's great. One thing MotoGP has a big hand over is their champion, he's great.

It's out August 29th, I was reading an extract in MCN today. Talked about his F1 test and his nutty victory celebrations.
Bugger....no money! |
