Are you one of those eternally fit lads? I have found that after any kind of layoff I am really "bound up" in the lower back the next day (to the point that it is tough getting out of bed......but different than those days where it's all mental!). But then on our Oval offset karts you lay on your lower back rather than sit on your bum. Have you been working out to get ready and what do you do? |

I am worried that it's going to be more difficult than normal but i do plenty of weights to keep my upper body strenght however on Saturday my thighs and lower back ached as the lower back is more difficult to train than arm muscles etc and there are certain muscles that i only realised i had since i started karting!
