On a lighter note.....
The US catastrophe and the Zanardi crash has me on the edge of depair. I wonder if it's possible to feel any worse, though I realise that, by comparison, I've absolutely no right to be sad. In fact, the appreciation of how lucky I am should elate me. Instead, I am consumed by thoughts of all those dead people and the way Alex's life has been altered so badly.
However, today I obtained via Napsters offspring - AudioGalaxy - a track by a band called The Cuban Boys called "Murray Walker Tribute". It's excellent and worth downloading, if only to cheer ourselves up a wee bit. It's 3MB in size. Remember - The Glass is always half full Last edited by bobdrummond; 16 Sep 2001 at 07:35. |

Or 3/4's empty. Honestly, I think we have all felt a range of emotions this past week that we never expected, but the world will-and must-go on. We are part of a community here and have a lot to give about the common interest we share. I am glad today's race took place-it is the first step towards taking the routines of our lives back. |

I'm with you on that EERO. Thanks GOD, things are going back to normal.
bobdrummond, I have downloaded this song some weeks ago, and it's great. Murray can retire from commenting, but he has a bright future as a rapper !!! |

A little light relief is very welcome these days. Thanks.
BTW, you don't need AudioGalaxy to get it (AG usually comes with a nasty piece of spyware, WebHancer). It's available here: http://www.murrayontrack.co.uk/ Last edited by Opposite Lock; 17 Sep 2001 at 04:46. |
