Haas this been shown any where else?
It's the story of Kim Newcombe who built his own bike and turned a two stroke boat outboard engine into a motorcycle capable of beating the best in its time in the 1973 500GP series A lot of it is narrated by his Widow and it has some very good period footage and interveiws with riders of the time http://www.nzff.co.nz/filmsynopsis.a...ID=0&EventID=0 http://www.ozebook.com/konig.htm It's well worth seeing as it's a bloody awesome story but so very sad |
