Thanks. I put the women in racing research/article on hold finding there's already enough press on it to gag a mule.
Instead, I've been interviewing some racers who are every bit as promising in talent - but just not receiving the same media attention.
I'm not sure the world is ready for my views - I personally think that women racers should have their own series separate from men - as in some other sports.
Even here on this thread - I do not share the view that there have been no female successes in the previous ladies by their not winning a championship or racing at the forefront. Indeed, I believe K.Legge herself - when describing herself - states that winning is not always necessarily the only success, she's happy when she herself learns and improves.
Well - I still think the ladies before her did some of that learning and improving without winning; and I think in the grand scheme of things - same helped her be where she is at today.
