Great to see a Dutch team in F1 possibly.
I hope that this brings back Orange cars in to F1, shame it needs a Dutch team when another team should have orange cars (McLaren). |

If they're smart, they wait until 2008. In that case Spyker could come in with a newer engine, while other manufactures had to freeze their development for a year already.

I suspect that if the sale of the team goes through Christijan Albers would probably be a driver given that the consortium is lead by a Michael Mol who owns the Lost Boys company (a long term backer of Albers) and is part financed by a Roel Kooijman, who is Albers's father in law. Interesting GrandPrix.com are highlighting the links between Spyker and Ferrari, given that 17% of Spyker is owned by the Arabic Mubadala company who also own a stake in Ferrari (http://www.grandprix.com/ns/ns17363.html). However, I have read that Michael Mol is trying to buy the Spyker company, which may suggest that any links between the two companies may soon cease to exist. |
