Oi Snapper watch it. Surely you enjoyed our free barbecues at Lydden and beverages supplied courtesy of Eddy.
At least the DT&R are going to Combe next year.

To answer a couple of enquiries on here about the BARC Dunlop Sport Maxx Cup for production cars.........

The first season of the Cup will take place at every Great and British round except Spa and Thruxton, with six promoted double headers

The regulations are available from www.barc.net

Take the Donington event, for example, for me the highlights were the CTCRC stuff and Mini Se7en/Miglias.
As I said they have dropped the best stuff.

Mini Sevens and Mini Miglias will be part of most Great and British rounds in 2007. It would be nice to have classics at more G+B races - maybe again in the future!

On top of this, the MINI Challenge has grown to be Britain's biggest one-make saloon series, the Radicals are growing - promising a greater depth of racing through the field with more SR8s due out, and the PlayStation2 Ginetta Juniors have established themselves as a great feeder series for junior drivers.

On top of this, the Dunlop Sport Maxx Cup and Britcar (which with championship status could replace BGT as the premier sportscar series) add variety to the G+B package.

The aim is to make 9am to 6pm (or into the evening at Spa and Donington) non-stop action, with circuit parades and activity at lunchtime - all for the admission price of a normal national clubbie.

So if you're occupying the track at lunchtime, how do marshals get back to the paddock to buy food, go to the toilet, etc?

Dave.....the track stuff at lunchtime will be paraded behind the safety car, so marshals can take their well-earned break ..........and free coffee and biscuits at Cafe Dunlop for anyone in orange!

The Ginetta Junior will not be at Oulton. We are respecting the academic year and not running Junior races during exam time!
