If you check my sig, I've got a start date of 08/01/08... A fair amount of time to discuss rules.
The reason I'm not starting it now is that I have final exams in two weeks, then I'm on holiday for a week, then it's Christmas, then I'm off again... Add to that work, which is taking up a solid portion of my weekend... Hope you guys understand  .

No problems - I haven't had much time to use the PS2 recently anyway (haven't touched it for over a month now
 ). I guess people will be away over Christmas and the new year as well so it's probably a better idea to wait until that's all out of the way instead of having a stop-start championship with a gap in the middle.

I am happy whatever rules are decided. Giving a choice of car just means more time spent testing to find the 1 car that is always going to be quicker , but I guess it adds another element to each race in the series.

Marvellous. Must admit I haven't touched the PS2 for a couple of weeks so I should probably fire it up and get some practice in before the season kicks off. |

Uh... Sorry about not posting rules like I said I would guys, but anyway...
GTRS3 is taking shape. I've decided on the selection of cars, and this series will feature a revamped points system, with points going from 1st to 10th (this is due what appears to be more interest and thus more competitors). There will be a variety of race lengths, with 5 and 10 minute sprints to join our regular 20 minute format. The circuits will remain laregly unchanged. Autumn Ring however is definately off the agenda this year. In the 15 round calender there will be 2 double-points rounds to spice up the competition! So, it's all taking shape behind the scenes. Only 19 more days to go until it all kicks off! |

There will be 5 different series of cars used in GTRS3. They will each be used for three successive rounds. Each catergory will have at least 3 cars to choose from.

For GTRS3, the rounds will run from Wednesday-Tuesday. That means your times must be sent in to me by the Tuesday and the results will be up the following day.
Unless anyone has any major problems with that. 5 days to go y'all! |
