Stack should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
VSCC Donington this weekend

Just got my tickets from ES but no timetable, any ideas anyone?

Also just noticed Fay's post in marshals required. Seems they are short of obs and flaggies. Very ubusual for VSCC, there are usually 2 flaggies per post with a lot comming from VSCC members.

EDIT
Just found timetable on VSCC site-I did not look had enough!

For some reason a lot of the normal VSCC marshals don't like this meeting and this is why they tend to be short of flags and observers for Donington.

I don't know how many they have, but was just asked to try and get a few more as they were short.

I hope you all have a good weekend there.

Regards

Fay

We will be there - looks like multi tasking again! I know one or two VSCC members do not like the "intrusion" of 50s and 60s machines, but it is a fantastically varied programme from 190whatever through to the late 60s, so something for everyone. This is one of the meetings that is first in the queue when we are working out what we can manage in a year. If you are doing nothing this weekend, get to Donington and be astonished at what most people would consider ancient monuments, racing flat out and with mean intent! And be treated with total respect and consideration. It's got to better than Tescos or gardening!!

The day started off early for me i towed a broken down Aston Martin from outside airport into paddock!!
Post 12 for me.
Oil slick from Starkeys bridge to mcleans kept us busy after first practice session.
After that it was just break downs requiring tows.
Some excellent racing.
Thanks must go to Talbot Drivers for the lift to and from paddock at lunch break.

Only did today (Sunday), a good variety of cars, some good racing, and the rides in the vintage cars. Spent the day with a VSCC member and learnt a lot about the cars running plus a bit more about ERA R9B, the car with family ties.
