Could we see the Autobarn logo alongside the Toll logo on car #15?

anyone know the length of the Dumbrell and Autobahn deals with Team Rick? Given the comparison of the 2 at the weekend, it was obvious either Dumbrell doesn't have the skill, or the herbs under the bonnet, to keep up with Rick.
So it begs the question, will Dumbrell and Autobahn be leaving as they aren't getting proper equipment, or will Dumbrell be dumped because he doesn't get the points? And so will they be looking for a sponsor that will appear on both cars, not just Rick's to replace OP |

dumbrell doesnt have the skill that rick does & that is why rick won a championship
rick's save was great & amazingly only cost him 1 or 2 places... |

Dumbrell is a great bloke but he isn't in the class of Rick, love Rick or hate him you have to admit along with Tander none of the other Holden boys have come close in the last couple of years. i have no idea on contracts but i have a feeling PD/AutoBarn might be a quick fix to the late moving of most of the Toll $$$ to HRT, i have nfi what they will do but if i were them i would go hard for a new sponser for the 2 cars say bye bye to PD and bring in a good prospect like Steve Owen and he would be pretty cheap.

Owen might be a cheap buy now, however his price might soar after the enduros.

i would pay whatever for him he was gun in one of the oldest cars in the field and has blitsed them in the FV8's and will in the enduros, would be great in a WP car if HSV or HRT (to replace Skaife should he retire this year) move quick i wouldn't be surprised to see SBR get him to replace Courtney as i think he was one of the front runners for the #9 last year.

All of a sudden we're all Rick Kelly fans? Maybe now you can go back and watch that Phillip Island incident and see that Craig came over on him.

I was impressed by the guy who drove Rick Kelly's car at Sandown; forceful driving, punting people off and taking chances. It could not have been Rick Kelly!
The save at Dandenong Road was good, although it involved as much luck as skill. Was it a lack of skill that got the car into that situation the first place? Anyway, whoever was driving (was it The Stig?) should be commended for a great effort. It was the best drive of the weekend, I think. It was the 'real' Rick Kelly that was involved in Phillip Island incident, and don't expect people's view to change on that in a hurry! Last edited by Chris - Melb; 11 Jun 2008 at 23:38. |

i would be happy if he come across. even though what happened at PI was horrible and he did the wrong thing, he still knows how to race.
You dont win a Gold Star by accident. or tow bathursts or a championship, you have to know how to drive and race |

Don't forget that Lowndes tried that "suicide" block move on Rick, which as the name of the block suggests, got him unstuck.
