Holdens cutting back to 1 shift
So, nights have gone, now arvo's will be aswell.
People wont lost their jobs as such, just half their pay. Will be changing to 1 shift, with 2 crews. 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off (alternating obviously) Beginning of the end, or just to get by through this crisis, you decide. Was going to put this in parcferm, but i figured its directly related to our sport! No more commodore means no more V8s..... |

Stealthy I think it is because they didn't cut production enough before now. I can't remember the number but I did see they have thousands of unsold cars "in the system" and even more by proportion of sales of the Pontiac G8. Unfortunately nothing seems likely to spike sales soon, except perhaps there might be a rush by businesses to take advantage of the rebate they can get by the end of June.

i think Holden will kick on albeit just, now it depends on what happens in the US with GM now. |
