Its ashame, Johnny is a very good driver, and a nice guy, he deserves a break for a change.

Well, it was rumored on RPM2nite that Johnny may end up with the Valvoline sponsorship next year since Valvoline is leaving the #6 car. I hope this happens.

Joe,
I've heard that as well. Johnny has been on the verge of winning, and with the recent aquesition of his team by MB2 Motorsports, plus the Valvoline sponsorship, (if he indeed does get it) it might be enough to put him in the winners circle. He does deserve it.

If I was racing director at Pontiac I would take an active persuit of finding him some help...with the teams they will be losing keeping the Benson/#10 active would seem a really good move
